UNDP Resident Representative Elsie Attafuah, Showcases Rolex making skills

Rolex Initiative continues to cement her relationship with the United Nations Development Programme, Uganda in as far as Sustainable Development Goals such as Tourism, Poverty eradication, Employability, Greening business through the use of clean energy among so many others.

The latest is the involvement of Her Excellency the Resident Representative of UNDP Ms Elsie Attafua in a Rolex-making showcase that happened on 14th Thursday, October 2021 at the UNDP offices along Yusuf Lule road.

“Had a lot of fun filming with the @RolexInitiative!

@UNDPUganda & @MTWAUganda are supporting this great initiative through a 3-week training program for 500 food vendors in the Rwenzori Region, ensuring vendors operate competitively and meet quality assurance standards.
This is all part of @UNDP’s support to national efforts in the recovery of #MSMEs to build forward better from #COVID19

Rolex Initiative is a social-economic enterprise that promotes Culinary Tourism under the signature Rolex Festival, in addition to capacity building of the informal sector, especially fast food street vendors in Uganda.
