This program has reached over 2500 Informal Culinary Artisans in the country.
A regional Culinary Tourism exhibition aimed at promoting the signature street delicacy ROLEX as a National Meal Identifier for Uganda. Rolex is a street meal made out of omelet rolled with a “chapati”- flatbread with other ingredients of your choice.
